Author’s Patent Free Statement for RFC-2524
I, Mohsen BANAN, the author of RFC-2524 on behalf of Neda Communications, Inc. (”Neda”) on Feb. 7, 2000 state the following:
- I am not aware of any patents that have been asserted or claimed for RFC-2524.
- Neda does not intend to be involved in obtaining any patents which can be asserted or claimed for RFC-2524.
- If I discover that any patent is claimed for RFC-2524, I will make that information public through the FPF.
- I intend for RFC-2524 to be free of patents and will actively participate in maintaining RFC-2524 patent free.
