I, Mohsen BANAN, the author of RFC-2188 on behalf of Neda Communications, Inc. (”Neda”) on Feb. 7, 2000 state the following:

  • I am not aware of any patents that have been asserted or claimed for RFC-2188.
  • Neda does not intend to be involved in obtaining any patents which can be asserted or claimed for RFC-2188.
  • If I discover that any patent is claimed for RFC-2188, I will make that information public through the FPF.
  • I intend for RFC-2188 to be free of patents and will actively participate in maintaining RFC-2188 patent free.
